Abbreviations

List of abbreviations

The user can create an abbreviation, edit or extract a list to an Excel file, however there are many more available actions.

Inserted abbreviations will be shown on the field "Prefix" while creating or editing an entity contact

General Actions
Create: Creates an abbreviation with the inserted data.
Erase: Deletes an abbreviation. Once it's deleted it's impossible to retrieve it.
Activate: Activates the abbreviation.
Deactivate: Deactivates the abbreviation.
Print: A screen will appear with all the referring data to the listed abbreviations, that has the option of printing.
Excel: The platform will download an Excel file. Inside that file there will be listed some data of the listed abbreviations.

 

Line Actions
Editar: The user can update the abbreviation data.
