Entities
List that displays all the inserted entities in the platform.
The user can create a new entity, edit it's personal data, delivery addresses or contacts.
General Actions
| Create: | Creates an entity with the inserted data. An user can fill the entity's general data, it's segmentation and bank data. There are many mandatory fields which are required for the creation. |
| Erase: | Deletes the entity. Once it's deleted it's impossible to retrieve it. |
| Activate: | Activates the entity. |
| Deactivate: | Deactivates the entity. |
| Excel: | The platform will download an Excel file. Inside that file there will the essential data of the listed entities. |
Line Actions
| Edit: | The user can update the entity's data. |
| Delivery Addresses: | The user can create or edit the delivery addresses for the selected entity. |
| Contacts: | The user can create or edit the contacts of the selected entity. |
| Calendar List: | Listing of the selected entity's events. The user may create, edit , activate or deactivate an event. |
| Print: | A screen will appear with all the entity's referring data that has the option of printing. |
